This is an early design sketch for a new 44-story luxury hotel, and services as option B to the design for 328 Bryant Street. By locating the tower to the opposite side of the street the tower’s shadow that would be cast across the low rise residential neighborhood to the east is significantly reduced. Additionally, option B’s location preserves the south views from the high rise towers on the other side of the highway to the north of 328 Bryant Street.

I’m currently starting a new design proposal for a 35,000-SF LGBT+ History Museum. The site chosen for this design proposal is located at the intersection of Market and Castro Streets. This site was chosen for its significance to the LGBT+ community’s rich and unique history and serves as a focal point of our modern day civil rights activism.
